This project, which received certificates of occupancy in December 1999, was developed on an approximately four-acre site located two blocks south of Turner Field. Listed as a tier one development project in the Peoplestown Community Redevelopment Plan, the $8.7 million development offers 94 units of housing, spread among two and three story walk-up buildings. One hundred percent (100%) of the units are affordable to residents earning 60% or less of area median income. The project is marked the spur of new housing development over a dormant 20 year period.

From I-75 North, take exit 245. The Square at Peoplestown is in two blocks on your right. From I-75 South, take the Fulton Street Exit. Turn left on the ramp and travel 1 block to Hank Aaron Street. Turn right on Hank Aaron Street and travel 4 blocks. Turn right on Ormond Street and the Square is on the left.
